Bob digs up McGuire Campaign Treasurer treasure and it's pure fool's gold.
Is Bob Good's Democrat Lawfare Nuclear Option Filed By Sour Grapes Proxy Lawyer?OPINION
What is the definition of RiNO?
The expression is used to describe Uniparty types, squishy weasels, and Democrat infiltrators. It is also used as a slur against rank-and-file Republicans who disagree with anyone in power in RPV, in the same way you would expect a Communist party member to experience! No official definition exists, but I'll take a stab at one aspect I believe we can all agree on- a RiNO is a Republican who employs Democrat tactics for political expediency and gain.
A Republican in name only uses Democrat tactics against opponents, just as we see right now being used against Donald Trump. This includes having a lawyer or Commonwealth Attorney ginning up specious charges to exploit free media coverage to damage their opponent before an election and leave no time for the opponent to defend themselves. It’s election interference.
The Nuclear Rule Violation Option.
I will show that this election rules ploy fails on three major points: Hardin's connection to Team Good; Hardin’s successor worked for Commonwealth Attorney Rusty McGuire; Lawyer Hardin knows the law regarding Campaign Treasurers; and his filed case is a purposely misfiled nothingburger— merely an attempt to gain negative press for free.
Enter Team Good.
Team Good has admitted using lawfare against John McGuire -here and here. I believe Team Good is behind this attack. Good's consultants, "Bonnie and Clyde" MO are all over it. In fact, one of Good's most ardent supporters- Rick Boyer, an activist and attorney from the Lynchburg area, whose sons* pepper McGuire's campaign Facebook page, called Goochland CA’s office, where the complaint was filed. Below are screenshots of a May 9th, 6 pm email reply to a FOIA request naming Bob Good ally Rick Boyer. When and how did Good supporter Boyer know about Hardin’s filing, and why was he contacting Lumpkins? Did he recruit Hardin? Was he checking up? Inquiring minds want to know! *Correction- a son and a nephew.

Can anyone assume that Lynchburg area political activist Rick Boyer coincidentally phoned Lumpkin’s office about the possibility of an action against McGuire being filed? Miracles do happen, though. Hardin is quoted in Daily Progress in 2020 as saying he was a delegate for Bob Good and held events for Bob Good; other articles link him to Good.

Hardin, who filed the suit, claimed to the Washington Examiner, a publication friendly to Good, that he had no connection to either Good or McGuire camps. That statement appears to be less than truthful, counselor.
Hardin was an unpopular one-term Commonwealth Attorney in Green County in the 5th prior to redistricting. He is known to be a Good supporter. Hardin was defeated by an associate working in the Louisa Commonwealth Attorney Office under Rusty McGuire. Motives for revenge have been far less. So, the claim of no connection to either the Good or McGuire campaigns fails the smell test.
Who is Matthew Hardin?
Hardin, an attorney, has quite a colorful background. You might say he was Green County’s version of Joe Morrissey! A police report dated 10/25/2019 I obtained shows Hardin shot a neighbor’s dog right before the election, which likely damaged his reelection bid. Several people I spoke to recalled the incident, saying Hardin justified his shooting the dog to the local TV station by blaming the police for not responding fast enough. He claims to have said that he was a “privileged person,” implying that his call should be taken over others and that a slow response necessitated his actions. He also is claimed to have said ‘people who were not privileged as he should expect even slower responses.’ Wow! A lot of people from Green and surrounding counties recall this incident. It has all been scrubbed from the internet, so I called the Green County Sheriff’s Dept to verify. It’s real. The call report is on file. I have it
.Sour Grapes?
Hardin likely lost his reelection bid because he was also soft on crime. A mailer from Edwin Consolvo’s (E.C. worked in McGuire’s brother's office) campaign points out he let hookers off the hook with $25-dollar fines and called the judge names when he didn’t go along. He also dismissed a girlfriend’s case over an accident-related traffic ticket, claiming it was ‘a waste of resources,’ and dismissed a dozen check forgery cases and allegedly let drug dealers off with treatment deals instead of jail time. The flyer lists court case numbers in support of the claims, including Hardin’s arrest for trespassing, Case #GC14001531-00, in Grundy, VA. Hardin’s associates say he rarely showed up for work. Hardin admits crime soared under his oversight:
”Hardin noted that (during his tenure) the felony caseload in Greene County Circuit Court has risen between 170-214 percent, since 2017, depending on the month.”
The Ploy. What’s Next, A Courtroom in NY City?
We are to believe Hardin is an impartial good Samaritan from DC with no connection to either campaign, but clearly, he has some connections. This opening statement in the Examiner article is false, as is everything that follows.
His swank Downtown “office” adjacent to K Street is in a building belonging to Alliance Business Suites, which offers plans ranging from mail drops to suite and secretary rentals. I know other DC lawyers who use that service and recognize the address. It’s like a one-night stand hotel for lawyer meetings.
Hardin wants us to believe he is a DC lawyer looking out for the little guy but is embroiled in Virginia Politics. He also appears to have used the alias Joseph William Dupree in Ohio before running for office in Green County and changed his name back prior to running for Green County Commonwealth Attorney.
According to case #P109-06-0080, Butler County, Ohio, trespassing charges were filed against him under the Dupree alias.
The Case of The Dead Treasurer.
From the Virginia State Election Code:
A. Upon officially becoming a candidate, a candidate shall appoint a single campaign treasurer, who must file a statement of appointment.
B. Upon the death, resignation, removal or change of the treasurer, the candidate shall designate a successor and the candidate must file the name and address of the successor with 10 days of a successor treasurer being designated.
C. If the candidate fails to designate a treasurer or a successor treasurer, the candidate shall be automatically deemed to have appointed himself as the treasurer and shall manage all rules accordingly.
This whole thing is a last-minute desperate attempt to manufacture a scandal to drive down the 14-point lead McGuire has over Bob Good. They are absolutely panicked. We see this sort of ‘October Surprise’ all the time. Hardin is a lawyer and can read; he knows damn well this thing has no legal legs and is going nowhere. The law plainly states the candidate shall be automatically deemed to have appointed himself as the treasurer. Hardin also knows Goochland is the wrong office to file the case with, and it would be dismissed before any blowback. If the case had been legitimate, he would have properly filed it with Attorney General Jason Miyares or the FEC. But an attempt to file it properly would be immediately rejected- with no publicized scandal to milk. Filing it in Goochland is a political stunt to drag it out in the media.
Case closed.
The Good campaign is not about honesty and truth but power and money. Bob got caught lying during a CNN interview, admitting he would ‘say things privately he wouldn’t say publicly.’ This bit of ambulance-chasing grandstanding is exactly why various PACs are lining up against Good. Good does this sort of thing regularly on the Hill, and it regularly backfires, as in the McCarthy fiasco, which resulted in Mike Johnson. Then there is Good’s endorsement of Ron DeSantis on the day of Trump’s indictment, which he announced through… wait for it… The Washington Examiner! Trump has snubbed him ever since.
Hardin and the Good camp are rolling the dice here to see if their Nuclear Option will take off in the media without reporters checking out the law or to see if there are connections- just like the media did with the ‘Russia-Russia’ files against Trump in 2016. If I can find out all this stuff in a day or so, why couldn’t the Washington Examiner reporter? Never trust the media, never trust Good- they are all weasels
Weasels Vs Warriors.
The Good campaign is a nest of weasels. Read the many articles on how I have exposed them as such. McGuire is a warrior. The weasels characterize him as a professional candidate, but that’s a projection from people who know nothing else. McGuire’s drive comes from a warrior mentality- he doesn’t want to just win battles; he wants to win the war. You don’t win wars without gaining ground; the higher the ground, the greater the chances of victory. You charge ahead! Even a blogger can draw this conclusion from watching old movies. John McGuire runs for Congress after winning a State Senate seat because he has balls. Bob Good relies on proxies' manufactured hit jobs because he has no balls.
These weasels are why normal people do not want to run for office or even join a local Republican Unit.

ps Sources claim Hardin worked for Good during his primary bid against Denver Riggleman. I am checking it out more links and will update this article soon.
UPDATE: Even if this actually got a hearing, the usual fine, according to court records, brings $50-100 bucks and no fine if amended!
Here is an article with Good projecting his lying about this campaign treasurer nonsense on McGuire: https://www.newsmax.com/newsmax-tv/bob-good-virginia-john-mcguire/2024/05/09/id/1164150/
Weasels vs Warriors; Choose One.
Just when I think Good can’t outdo himself imitating Biden’s “You Ain’t Black” schtick, telling Buckingham Republican Chairwoman Ramona Christian, “You aren’t Christian or honest,” and moves to dissolve her Republican Committee for supporting John McGuire! He claims the Commander of SEAL Team 6, along with other SEALS and a Navy pilot and Congressman of…
Bob Good Campaign Admits Lawfare, Reinvents Corn Pop!
Diana Shores now admits she called the cops to frame the McGuire campaign at a Trump event and doubles down on “four white guys.” No doubt this is an important clue because white people are rare in Farmville- check out my last post. Everybody there is either Eskimo or Chinese! No doubt t…
Good endorses DeSantis As Democrat Kangaroo Court Convicts Trump.
Five & Dime outed Bob Good a couple of days ago, predicting he would endorse Ron Desantis this week, and he did. My little birdie on the window sill is worth its feed. Bob waited for the NY Democrat Judge and Leftist kangaroo court to hand down a BS verdict on
Correction: as to the two Boyer's that "pepper McGuires FB page daily" Luke Boyer's is his son, and Adam Boyer is his nephew.
