Good's Cease and Desist Brings Revenge Lawsuit!
Trump warns Good about unauthorized campaign signs and pics. Good allies respond with deflection suit against McGuire and Trump Store owner. Opinion and some Satire.
The attached letters say it all. Bob Good betrayed Donald Trump by endorsing Ron Desantis ahead of the governor’s official announcement. He chose to deliver the message on the day Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg indicted Trump on Lawfare election interference charges. The pattern is there—Good did the same to the Buckingham Republican Committee and now to John McGuire and Karen Angulo- the Trump store owner in Farmville.
Good and Biden both employ lawfare against their opponents. Good tried to entrap McGuire and Trump supporters in Farmville, calling the local police to an event there. Bob loves to set up people for campaign photo-ops, even going so far as attempting to throw himself on Trump at the Lawfare trial a week ago!
Imagine announcing your endorsement of Ron DeSantis on the day of Bragg’s indictment and then showing up at that trial looking for Trump to give him a glad hand!
Team Trump isn’t buying it. Besides endorsing Senator John McGuire, Trump’s lawyers sent Good a warning to stop exploiting old photos and 2020 signs. Good was not only snubbed in Richmond and then again a week ago at Alvin Bragg’s lawfare trial in NY, but he also had to watch as Trump called him out as “bad for Virginia and bad for the USA,” and now he got a cease-and-desist.
“To be clear, neither you nor your campaign are authorized to use President Trump’s name or the Campaign’s to falsely imply their support of your candidacy,” he said. “Nor are you or your campaign authorized to claim that you represent or are otherwise associated with President Trump or the Campaign.”
Trump rejects weasel Good, goes with warrior McGuire, and sends a shot across Good’s sinking bow.

This just goes to show that the Good Camp never respected Donald Trump. Their whole pitch about Good being Trump’s buddy is because they know they cannot win without Trump’s support in staunch Trump territory—the 5th! It is an admission that they are and always have been Never-Trumpers (scroll to the bottom of this link for videos).
Good’s pals, who orchestrated the attack on the Buckingham Republican County Committee, go full Alvin Bragg and sue Trump and McGuire supporter Angulo and drag McGuire into it in the hope of media coverage! It’s all they know; they are infamous for it.
The 6+’ preacher, martial arts aficionado, and Good campaign friend who offered his ‘art gallery’ next door to his church for the 5h District trial of the Buckingham Republican Committee has filed a Lawfare suit against John McGuire and the Trump store owner, 5.5’ Karen Angulo, claiming she was scary and said things that hurt his feelings.
Is it an attempt to redirect attention from Trump’s cease-and-desist? That’s where my money is. I’ve had legal eyes take a look and opine that it goes nowhere—just like the lame dead treasurer scam a couple of weeks ago. Which, IMO, was a bid for free media, not a serious legal claim, just like this one. This silly thing collapses before discovery and gets thrown out if it ever actually makes it to court.
Questions raised:
Is this the March 23 meeting of Bob Good’s cronies (AKA 5th CD)? Where did they attempt to dissolve the entire Buckingham committee because they support Trump and McGuire and not Bob? Where they sought to expel the chairman, who is Trump’s VA volunteer coordinator? And where they attempted to punish the owner of the Farmville Trump shop because she wouldn’t let Bob hijack McGuire’s event? I’ve covered it all! And given Diana Shores’ pitch to the Farmville police that Bob was in danger from ‘four white dudes in his space’ while he hung outside for four hours in the parking lot panhandling for votes! And why is news of this suit being made public this week? Timing is everything in politics!
Apparently, they do not see how pathetic this lawfare makes them look. Keep it up, Bob. Keep entertaining us with more stupid goon squad antics. Continue to reveal your campaign has no positive, successful legislative record to offer your constituents because the record is still ZERO BILLS SIGNED INTO LAW and the 5th District is right where it was 3.5 years ago.
Trump’s Campaign promised Good would be unelectable when they finished with him, and that looks to be the case. Good has removed Trump pics and signs from his website and replaced them with Rand Paul, who, by the way, is courting extreme liberal Robert Kennedy and may endorse his campaign. Funny, Bob has always been a Never Trumper and always hangs out with other Never Trumpers.

Addendum: The suit was filed in May, but no news of it hit until this week after Trump's Cease and Desist letter was delivered to the Good camp. In politics its always what did you know and when dod you know it, and when did you decide to use it.
